Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses
Effective January 1, 2025, eligible members can use their VSP Signature Plan for their choice of prescription glasses, contacts (elective or visually necessary), LightCare (ready-made sunglasses or blue light filtering glasses) or plano (non-prescription) Ray-Ban Smart Glasses.

Submitting Claims
When submitting claims for Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses on eClaim, indicate the order as a “frame only” order and appropriate diagnosis code.
- A diagnosis code is required for claim submission. For plano frame-only claim submission, use Z46.0 (Encounter for fitting and adjustment of spectacles and contact lenses) or other relevant diagnosis code(s), as appropriate. Including a diagnosis code will ensure correct claims processing.
